This is why I keep loosing big money from the blinds.
Even after identifying the problem I have (as u can see!) troubles dealing with it. I think I'll fold everything below TT from the flop imediatly from now on
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is BB with J , 3 .
UTG calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, 4 folds, Hero checks.
Flop: (4.50 SB) 7 , 3 , A (5 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP1 folds, MP2 checks.
Turn: (2.25 BB) 6 (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, MP2 raises, Hero calls, UTG 3-bets, MP2 calls, Hero calls.
River: (11.25 BB) 2 (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, MP2 calls, Hero calls.
Final Pot: 14.25 BB
Results in white below:
Hero has Jd 3h (flush, ace high).
UTG has 8h Kd (flush, ace high).
UTG+2 doesn't show.
MP2 has Qd 4d (flush, ace high).
Outcome: UTG wins 14.25 BB.
and here, how to loose money with a hand I should have floped!
Yesterday was a not very good day. I made many many STUPID mistakes. I need to work on my discipline, and NOT play stupid hands, and especialy not trying to draw on what is clearly a bad situation:

Do you want an honest reply? I think I'll let Fnord do the honors since he mods this forum.

lol
please!!!
I don't know what was my problem yesterday, but I think I might had a deficit of inteligence
Don't be afraid! I know it was dumb play, I just don't understand how in hell could I do it, when I'm absolutely aware of how bad it was. Maybe I was tired? Maybe I wanted to be a smart ass? Maybe I'm really that bad!

Here are my ideas...
1) small pot, fold the 3-bet on the turn
2) bet out, check-raise the flop or don't bother playing it

Hand 1: Check fold on the Turn, K or Q d beats you.
Hand 2: Fold this. You do not have position

At least you can acknowledge that you made some idiotic plays. Next step is not making them next time.

Yes!
The problem is that I'm aware of it while I do it, but it's just something I need to work out!
It seems that when I'm winning too much or loosing too much I try to do some "fancy" plays, wich inevitable result in the stupidity showned above!
It's a problem of mental stability I guess.
But as you say, I know where the problem is, so I just need to fix it IN THE GAME

hand 1: bet the flop, bet the turn, fold to any raise.
hand 2: fold pre-flop. A8o is 100% crap and you know it. but let's pretend you were playing A8s. in that case you should have bet the flop and folded to any raise. why in god's name you would call down to the river with third pair is beyond me.
