I was wondering how many people change there name in a poker room. If you do change it, how often?

I am thinking it may be a good idea to throw off people with Poker tracker/ Player view, but how frequently should it be done?

Just play better and then people with PT/Playerview won't be following you around.

I figure if somebody has PT/Playerview they will usually figure out quite quickly who the good players at the table are and they usually stay out of each other's way.

For the record, I've never changed a screenname.
