W/out reads... the turn bet "may" be suspect, but don't ever check that river!!!

In fact my flop bet was bad too because c-betting 3 people at these stakes is funny

DITTO!
You must c-bet 90% of time (if not more here). Multi, I like turn check UI. HU, I lead turn UI, check river UI (assuming you didn't get raised), as default.

Chances are that flop hit no-one, so a flop c-bet is good imo. Turn bet is spew though.
