Villain is a winning reg who is quite tight from EP. I expect him to have an overpair almost always here. Now that I look over the hand again, I can't really rep much here that beats him as I wudve raised the flop with two pairs or better.

PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $1.00 BB (5 handed) -

Hero (Button) ($234.20)
SB ($88.60)
BB ($203.85)
UTG ($97)
MP ($100)

Preflop: Hero is Button with , , ,
UTG bets $3, 1 fold, Hero calls $3, 2 folds

Flop: ($7.50) , , (2 players)
UTG bets $5, Hero calls $5

Turn: ($17.50) (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $12, UTG calls $12

River: ($41.50) (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $28

He could also play JTxx (with no straight draw) this way. I doubt he'd call turn with a bare over pair, maybe he has a gutter too or bottom pair or something.

I like flop and turn but river is such a brick I would be tempted to just give up. We beat AKQ9! If the board was like 9623 I could see him having an overpair more, but vs this board I just don't see a reg trying to get to the river with AA57 knowing most of the deck will look bad. And you said yourself even if you're right maybe he'll call anyway.
