This is PL O8

This always seems to happen to me. I'm waiting for a hand, i'm seeing showdowns like
39JK versus 578T
(I'm not exagerrating. That was shown down a few hands before this)

Really frustrating. Then I finally get something good to play.

Well, from my limited experience of playing omaha tournaments (I started a few weeks ago, finished 4th in the wcoop plo qualifier, 3 win seats and 2nd place out of 500 in a PLO tourney) if there are three people in a hand like that, someone has trips. I usually dump my two pair at this point.... unless you are absolutely sure the people betting and calling are on low draws

One on one, in a tournament, I may show down two pair based on betting/reads I have. But I almost alway assume someone has hit trips... unless you are absolutely sure they are betting on a low draw... but even those law draw people hit two pair.
Dealer: bencathers has two pair, Aces and Deuces
Dealer: Tbags has two pair, Kings and Jacks
Dealer: Tbags finished the tournament in 256th place
Tbags [observer]: another scumbag gets there on this site lol

Did you notice the nut flush draw? Or does that not matter to you?

I did... and your flop and turn plays are correct... but the river I question calling in that position with two pair. At the river I dump the two pair when the flush doesn't hit and people are still actively betting
