Reads?
What kind of hands is this guy cold calling? Aggressive/passive postflop? will he wait for the turn to raise TPGK? Your table image and is villain clever enough to actually pay attention to it?

The raise obv looks like a straight or a set but the preflop play makes a straight v.unlikely IMO. Is he cold calling pairs in position?

Now normally this would be a easy call then check call the river. My thought or question is i had been raising a lot due to agression and also geting lots of good cards. As a matter of fact not only had i been raising a lot i had actually raised the last 4 hands in a row leading up untill this hand each time everyone folded. Now the hand in question. Which of the following is the correct action after villan raises the turn?

1Play your normal game 3rd and 4th level thinking has no place in micro stakes
2 raise he is likely sick and tired of you raising all the time so is overplaying his hand.
3 Run the hills the damn rock was probably waiting for aces so he could get you bet your money off.

I'm taking the middle road here and calling down regardless of the last few hands. If he's bluffing/overplaying a hand he'll probably bet the river again, and if he's got you beat you'll just get capped.

I agree with calling down. You have too good a hand to fold at this point, and then you can see what he raises you on the turn with.
1. Get a seat to their right
2. Steal blinds at will
3. ...
4. Profit

You still dont mention any of your reads on villain. I dont mean to labour the point but it is important.

I have played against lots of people who raise, 3bet or even cap AsXs here, I have played against others who will not raise a turn bet without atleast a bare minimum of TP with a paired kicker.

Well i would say he is tight. As far as how he views me he would likely view me as a maniac or atleast very aggressive. I say this because i was raisibg and beting left and right. For one i was geting lots of cards and 2 i kept finding myself first in in Lp.

I usually look this up, but don't hate a fold.

So the fact that the villan may be viewing me as being overly aggessive and could thus be over playing his own hand does not change the turn play from a call to a 3-bet?

3-betting gets an extra 1bb if you are ahead but loses 2bb if you are behind (in most cases). I dont think you can be certain enough that you are ahead here to make that play.
