Any comments on how I played this hand? Flop raise ok? Should I 3-bet the turn? Bet the river?

What sort of hands do you put everyone on? BB is Laggy, SB is Loose passive and UTG & CO have shown some Taggy tendancies.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A, A.
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 6, 7, 9 (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: (10 BB) 6 (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB calls, BB raises, UTG folds, Hero calls, CO calls, SB calls.

River: (18 BB) 3 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: 18 BB

BB's wake-up check/raise on the turn is representing a 6. 3-betting there is read dependent.
