Sorry if this is a poor place to put this, but I couldn't find a better place.

I was wondering how you people pay yourself. How do you determine what you're going to cut out of your bankroll to spend? I'm not a professional, so anything I make is just extra money. With this in mind I've hardly ever made any cash outs and just tried to build up the bankroll. Now that I've got a sizeable amount, I wouldn't mind taking in some of that money. But I can't really figure out how much or if I should do it at all. I want to take some out so I can actually enjoy the money I've made, but I also don't want to cripple my roll and force me down a level or two.

when I withdraw I usually just take it out of my monthly rb payments so my roll stays fairly intact

At this point I keep my bankroll at a set amount and anytime it gets to be 2-3k above that, I cash out back down to the normal level.

I avoid cashing out as much as possible. I'm a bit of a nit and I'll only cash out my expenses and once or twice for investments. If I don't need the cash there is no reason fo rme to cash it out.

there was an article on P5's a few weeks ago advocating withdrawing 10% of you BR each month. This sounds like a decent strategy to pay yourself.
