I wont post the results yet. Please let me know if i was able to extract the max out of my strong hands or lose the minimum in the losing hands.

bonus points for posting winning hands or Villain's hands in each of the hands
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6-12 B&M

Hand 1: Hero is Js-Jc in MP1. Button is the villain.

i wanted to build the pot on the flop with the strong hand but with the flop cap, i was sure button or utg had the flush.

Question 1: Does anyone lead out or check raise the turn ??

Question 2: Even if i am behind on the turn, should i still bet based on pot equity (maybe my concept of it is a bit skewed !!) but at one point i thought i shouldve still bet with 4 people in the pot with my set.

Preflop: UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, CO calls, Button calls, BB calls, UTG calls.
Flop: Ad-Jd-8c
Hero bets, CO calls, Button raises, BB folds, UTG calls, Hero 3 bets, CO calls, Button caps, UTG calls, Hero calls, CO calls

Turn: Ad-Jd-8c-4d
Button bets, UTG calls, Hero calls

River: Ad-Jd-8c-4d-2c
Button bets, UTG calls, Hero calls
---------------------------------------------------------------

Hand 2: KILL POT ($12-$24)

important read: SB is a total fish. He bets K-2 and Q-5 with his pair into the field on a paired board with Ace showing. Therefore, my goal was to raise the turn regardless of what fell (except the spade). I didnt give him any credit of any hand.

Question 3: Should I have raised the flop to protect my hand. In big pots i prefer raising the turn than raising the flop especially on 2 flush boards as its checked to the flop raiser on the turn and hard to protect a hand.

Question 4: in a scale of 1-10 with 10 being horrible, how bad was not raising the river ??

Preflop: Hero is in the BB with Qc-Qs. SB is the villain.

MP calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, Hero raises, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: Ks-8s-3d
SB bets, Hero calls, MP calls, CO calls

Turn: Ks-8s-3d-Qd
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls

River: Ks-8s-3d-Qd-As
SB bets, Hero calls.
[/b]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hand 3: ( Kill Pot 12-24)
Hero is MP1 with Ad-Kd. UTG+1 is the villain.

Preflop: UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, CO calls, Button calls, BB (kill button) calls), UTG calls

Flop: Ac-Kc-Jc
i checked the flop to bet or raise on any non club card on the turn. i would raise the flop if anyone led into me. didnt think betting that flop would protect my hand in that monster pot.

CO bets, Button calls, UTG calls,Hero calls.

Turn: Ac-Kc-Jc-7h
Hero bets, CO calls, UTG raises, Hero calls, CO calls

River: Ac-Kc-Jc-7h-3s
UTG bets, Hero calls, CO calls

question 5: should i call the river ? i thought i had to call the turn for my four outer, but on the river, i cant beat a flush or a straight both legitimate hands of UTG for a check raise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hand 4: Hero is 6h-7h in the button. UTG is the villain.

Preflop: UTG calls, mp1 calls, mp3 calls, CO calls, Hero calls, SB completes

Flop: Ah-5c-5h
UTG bets, MP1 calls, mp3 calls, CO calls, Hero raises, SB folds, UTg calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls, CO folds.

Turn: Ah-5c-5h-4c
Hero bets, UTG check raises, MP1 calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

River: Ah-5c-5h-4c - 4h
UTG bets, MP1 calls, Hero folds.

Question 6: should i have taken a free card instead of leading out the turn. I thought i had a flush draw and a straight draw. i had enough outs and enough players to warrant a bet.

Question 7: folding the river correct ? my logic for folding was that utg wont checkraise without trips on the turn.

1. I c/r the turn if button capped. You're behind exactly 1 hand here and he probably doesn't have it.

2. see #1

3. don't raise the flop, anyone tagging along likely has you beat, peel one off and pray you catch

4. i'll take the middle ground on this one, raising for value is ok, but the river is a scare card for 2 big draws. if you raise then get 3bet where do you stand? likely no good

5. sure betting the flop doesn't protect your hand, but why not bet for value? I'd call the river cause the pot's just bloated now.

6. if you didn't pick up the 4, i'd check for the freebie.

7. MP is in the hand, overcalling on a 2 pair board is risky
