How to deal with this Maniac?

When I was at the B&M it started out as a tight table. 3-4 players only calling preflop, sometimes someone raises. Then comes this Maniac and sits opposite to me. raises pretty much every other hand and i am folding and folding. He looks like Mr. moneybags and is smooth talking to everyone, the dealer, the chip runner, the cocktail waitress. Pretty much offending everyone with what he says, stuff like that. He once bet the river with chips from table in lieu of cash (or something like that, i thought it was table stakes and some people were offended).

Finally tangle with this guy after I get KQs and win a huge pot (capped preflop when I 3 bet) and making my flush on the turn and 3 bet his ass when he raised someone.

He then comes and sits on my right (seat change) and then starts raising with JUNK. I am pretty sure he didnt do his seat change based on some higher poker understanding.

Anytime I am not in a hand he shows me his hand (postflop after i fold to his raise) and they were like Q10o, A9o, cold calling raises 6-10o and 23s (which he went on to make his straight after flopping an oesf draw)!! He made everyone at the table a bit loose too and they started 3 betting and capping. I was squeezed between him and his another colleague who was raising too (with better hands though and seemed to know what he was doing)

Now the tight table has become really loose and i cant limp in anymore for my kx suited in LP as i have to cold call now, K-10, Q-10 (i RARELY play them anyway). Cant proceed with Ax suited if i dont get 4 flush on flop because chasing a backdoor draw on this table is going to get expensive. even limping in with Ax is expensive now as it gets raised behind. I do have a lot of patience but i cant be waiting for my broadway pocket pairs and suited paint all night.

overall, my question is what would you suggest i do in this situation ?

1) request a table change ?
2) Requesting seat change doesnt help here. all of table has gone loose. even 2 old ladies in our table started 3 betting and capping.

3) since these players raising standards are a bit loose (and reraising too) so just wait for my 10-10+ PP or suited paint and then only join in ?

I guess I have a long way to go to learn how to deal with loose aggressive players.
-----------
What I did was just get up and called it a night, but not before giving some of my profits by staying in when i should have got out (but i kept telling myself, POT IS HUGE, DONT FOLD.. )

I'm just an online guy, but is it really that different than a crazy party table?

I'm sure it's a whole lot easier to get emotionaly invested in hands, lots of excitement.

cold calling pocket pairs, raising your suited aces isn't a bad strategy. if you have the odds to chase the backdoor flush, chase. pre flop and flop sounds out of control, but usualy folks calm way down on the turn and river if they don't have a hand. be cool, count your outs, count the pot. probably not as bad as it feels there in the heat of the moment.

the upside to this is you can bet and raise every flop you get a good piece of. the pot from a suited ace four flush on the flop is crazy with 4 people capping pre flop.

just my 2 cents. i'm an online guy, i could be way off.

thanks for your advice whileone. I was purely an online guy too until i got the taste of B&M this weekend. Now I am hooked to B&M.
Reasons:
1) Even fishy Partypoker 0.5-1$ is MUCH TOUGHER than standard 2-4 tables. People raise preflop a lot more on party and 3 betting and capping is common. Here people limp in with AA, KK and then complain why it doesnt hold up. downside your TPTK could be in trouble with someone slowplaying big pair preflop.

2) There are a lot of bad beats on B&M but I have been lucky so far. I raise my premium holdings preflop but if i dont get any piece of it or if it looks trouble, i slow down and maybe check 1 street. funny thing is it checks around on a lot of later streets so you control the action.

You were right about people slowing down on the turn. I never understood why would 3-4 people cap preflop and then everyone check the turn and river. made me mad when i would have had a piece of it if i stayed in

get in there and gamble.. play your higher pocket pairs aggressively .. low pocket pairs, bite the bullet and try to hit a set and start check raising the table. suited broadways are good too. hard to play small suited connectors in this spot, but if they hit, they will profit big.
