i went through a downswing that really caused problems with my aggression, i am working at it but i am just not there yet

currently VPIP = 19.3%
PFR = 4.6%
PFA = 1.5

win rate is just over 3BB/100 hands after just under 7000 hands

haha you have me smoked for bb/100 (6645 hands 0.55/100, ouch, damn swings) pretty sure I went though as bad a swing maybe worse and my over all dropped from TA-A to TA-N so not that big a difference...

win i hit in a rut like that, i dont tone down my aggression at all, if anything what i do cut down on is blind stealing, and general pot stealing... and if someone wants to steal the pot from me, as long as i dont have a strong part of the board, i lay it down... i only go through this until im back on my upswing, then i go back to being mistah aggressive.
