B&M 4-8:
BB is a thinking and aware player. during the preflop raise, BB has pegged me on AK or AA ("i know you got AK or AA but I am going to call of SB calls. I got a hand")
Hand 1: Kill Pot (8-16$):
Hero has AA in MP1
Preflop: Hero raises, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls
Flop: K-2-3 suit not important
Hero bets, Button folds, Sb folds, BB calls
Turn: K-2-3-5
BB bets, Hero thinks....
Conversation:
Hero: You sure you want to bet. You arent afraid of AK or AA
BB: Nope. I will show you my hand. I got no worries but you could outdraw me.
Hero folds....BB shows K-5
Question: how horrible the fold is if I am 95% sure that BB is not pushing me off a pot (just on a bluff). i am sure BB has 2 pair or the very unlikely straight. BB doesnt have KK (based on conversation while the preflop raise).
Pretty soon after the hand was over I realised, I had 12 outs. pots laying me 4:1. I felt sick in my stomach. here I am counting pot size anytime in the hand, and at crunchtime make this unfu***believable stupid mistake.
I NEED TO GAMBOOOOL.

I don't know if I've ever folded AA heads up. That said, it's been my experience that when they tell you what they have during the hand it's not a lie. That said, you know you have odds to call anyway.

Assuming you are sure he isn't lying about having you beat, how can you be sure he doesn't have a set, meaning you have only 6 outs?

Aces I agree. I put BB on 2 pair...(because she said "i will call if SB calls, i got a hand"). if BB had PP i think BB would have called any ways...without the dialogue.
Also when i bet the flop and BB called, she said "you better have AA or AK or you are beat right now". so that means she had a K. question is whether she made 2 pair on turn. and she did.
my mistake was not counting my outs correctly in the heat of the moment, and folding....i was not thinking clearly in the moment....
and actually I have made more horrible calls in the past, this would have been one of the good ones. and i shouldnt dwell on a hand gone by where i didnt even invest that much. just to remind myself to count my outs BETTER IN THE FUTURE.

with TT-AA, I've learned to take the beatings and deal the beatings with these hands, they win so much it's worth it, just don't get out of hand raising in pots you might be wayy behind in.
After taking bad beats and getting AA, just pound it, winning a jammed pot is such a nice feeling when you're "stuck"

definete call here. even if you know he has 2 pair, you still have 10 outs here. any A,2,3, or 4 makes you a winner here.
