Welcome.

Hand 1 looks fine to me. For some reason I feel like opp has JJ/TT and is praying you'll fold the better hand.
Hand 2 I think I'd raise or fold the flop. If reraised, I fold... I think.

Way to jump in with some hands:

1. Looks fine with pot odds, although always be careful with river overcalls with TPTK as this is an easy leak to work on.

2. Raise the flop. If UTG 3 bets it might drive out MP2; call the 3bet, fold the turn UI. If UTG calls the raise, I would put him on a lower pocket pair or A,K. Use the flop to define your opponent's hand since it is cheaper to do it here than wait for the turn when the cost is double, or calling it down costing 2BB not knowing where you stand.

No one else dislikes the 3bet with AQo after UTG raises? I'm not sure if it is the best play, however, after UTG just smooth calls you should be able to take him off AA KK QQ or AK. This leaves him with JJ/TT or AQ like you as his top 3 hands. I have a feeling the button had ace rag and made two pair.
Hand 2 like stated before, raise the flop, you may even get a free card on the turn however it looks like UTG likes his hand and would probably lead at the turn no matter what you do on the flop. I don't mind you playing this until the river, however, do not make a habit of calling down players while you hold the likely second best hand, it can turn into quite a big leak.

Hand 1. That's an aggressive preflop but I play it the same.
When button comes alive on an A hi flop after coldcalling 3 preflop, I just call down after the flop raise and expect to lose.

Hand 2. The flop call is loose. Fold the turn.
Calling down in spots like this is a leak for most small stakes players. You have so little chance for improvement, each bet that goes into this pot is a good chunk of profit. When he bets the turn and gets called a second time, you can let it go.
