Anything wrong with my post-flop play?

Was my pre-flop 1/2 price call wrong given the small pot?

Results to follow comments.


Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, 6.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 5 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 6, 3, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets, BB raises, UTG+1 calls, Hero 3-bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 2 (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

River: (9 BB) 3 (3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG+1 folds.

Final Pot: 11 BB

Perfect.

With a 1/2 blind structure it can't be a big deal, particularly if the other players are really bad.

At 3/6 i don't play these kind of hands unless I get like 7-1. Tightey whitey?

3/6 has a 1/3 blind structure making a stronger case for a fold. This is probably one of those pre-flop grey areas. Feel like playing a hand? Complete. Other 3 tables keeping you busy? Fold.
