Yea, i tried it once too, this is what i get. royal vegas has a crappy way of translating hands to print out, so i'm just gonna write it.
Opening Round:
ME [7s 7h] 6s. Two others bet .25, one with a 10d showing, another with a 2d showing, I call.
4th Street:
first guy xx 10d 9c
third guy xx 2d Qh
ME [7s 7h] 6s Qs.
All three check.
5th Street:
ME [7s 7h] 6s Qs 5d.
first guy xx 10d 9c 10h
First person bets .50, second person folds, I call.
6th Street:
Me [7s 7h] 6s Qs 5d Qc
first guy xx 10d 9c 10h 9h
We reraise each other back and forth until we're both all in.
7th Street:
Me [7s 7h] 6s Qs 5d Qc [8h]
first guy xx 10d 9c 10h 9h 10c
..... you know the rest.

There is a pretty good adage "if you can't beat what you can see, fold", you also should be very concerned when someone pairs their door card.
....or just fold on 5th street.

... yes. he had been very aggressive up until then, my 7's were hidden, he probably figured i only had queens. and, i was right, all he had was the exposed two pair, he got lucky on the river and caught the full house... am i missing something?
*edit. ok, the explanation for fifth street. i don't know my odds very well, but i figured it was worth 50 cents to see whether or not i added to my flush or straight draws, or paired another card. while i may have been behind, i think my pot + implied odds covered it. Looking back i guess i was probably wrong and the odds of me improving are tiny, but it was the first ten minutes i had played ever, and that was a .50 cent mistake, which ended up working that time, which i got drawn out on for $25

wow, i am really getting the hang of this. i'm up to 135 in a 50 dollar buy-in room... fast.
It was all capped off by a time when i got dealt 4 kings in a row... another guy had either aces and twos or three aces, not even sure. that was nice though got like 25 bucks off him... stupid pot limit.
I have gotten ridiculously good cards... but i'll just ignore that.
another edit: wow, people here are so so bad. i had k's showing, with a third k hidden, i was betting pretty hard, with how this guy was betting i was worried he had a full house, and he had like a shitty pair... wow.
