this hand made me wonder.
PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is BB with Q , 7 . CO posts a blind of $0.05.
5 folds, CO (poster) checks, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.
Flop: (3.40 SB) 2 , T , 7 (3 players)

Weird. This hand makes me think of something though.
The flop bet, turn checkraise...what is the point of that? Does it work enough to be profitable? People do it to me fairly often, and I'm not sure what's going through their heads.

I check raise very little, but since it was only two of us on the turn I figured he would try and bluff at it. For the past 10-15 hands there would only be around 2-3 people on the flop and lots betting with shit hands.
Based on my read i figured i would try a check raise, no its not always profitable, especially at these limits. If my reasoning is wrong please explain.
