Hand 1) MP3 is an idiot. Standard, though the river you might be looking at a boat. K8, Q8, 98? I'd probably just call the river 3bet, not cap it. But thats pretty minor.
2) What an idiot. He saved you a bunch of money.
3) Bet the flop. On the turn, the BB is screaming, " I have a flush draw!" Check/call or bet/call the river. I check/call, because its pretty obvious the BB has flush.
4) Pots too big to get out of, no reason to slow down and get out of it, your opponents are moron fish. Dont get frustrated, they'll make you a tidy profit. I'd buddy list them and follow them around.
As for the first hand, you really dont need to worry about flush over flush. If youve got a flush, you'll very rarely lose it to a higher flush. Don't worry about it. It'll happen, but its not worth worrying about.

Hand 1 - Turn call is against the norm but I like the river cap...You haven't invested much into the pot here and you just made your hand...I put in my 4BB if he lets me too.
Hand 2 - Don't worry about it...pretty standard.
Hand 3 - Call the first river raise...3 broadway cards and a rivered flush are pretty easy to simply call. Depending on reads I could even find a fold here. But after seeing what he was playing my read would look something like "Damn fish" and I'd call the river raise every time after.
Hand 4 - meh...Again, why fret? You never got raised and the pot is huge.

Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Although some of these hands might seem standard, i've only been playing limit for a week, and this was my first losing session. Those were pretty much the only hands i lost with, and i'm actually happy, even though i lost, because i didn't make any notably large mistakes and didn't even get angry after the AK and AA hands (which were about 3 minutes apart). And that's new for me (not getting angry when i lose a hand).
Also, in hand 2 if i'd have been re-raised i wouldn't have pursued as much with TPTK because the guy was pretty tight, and i would have put him on KK/AA (wouldn't have thought of QQ tbh)

Hand 1: Bet the flop if you think you'd get called by 3 or 4 people and with at least 30% of winning the pot by the river it's EV+
Hand 2: Raise PF
Hand 3: Just call on the river

Now, in hand 1 i bet the flop, and on the turn i was fairly sure i was behind, hence the check, the bet and raise made even more clear so i cut my losses and got out.
In hand 2 i feel like i've missed a fair number of bets because i wanted to draw them in. Usually when flopping a strong set i check call the flop and check raise the turn. However, with a flush board i c/r the flop to be sure they're paying through their teeth for the draw. I slowed down when i got the boat, hoping for a good card for them on the river, which incidentally came. too bad one of them ran out of money Oh, and i didn't feel like getting fancy on the river with another C/R so i just bet out.
In hand 3 it's pretty much hand 1 all over again, except this time i bet the turn as well. Which is better?
Again, the table was rather loose (as you are probably well aware), didn't have detailed reads except that they call you down with crap.

second set:
hand 1: standard
hand 2: easy flop bet. a check/raise doesn't protect your hand...so bet out and build your big pot.
hand 3: with 7 players seeing the flop i might check preflop with AQo, as there are huge implied odds against me. and thus, you wouldn't have gotten into the mess you did on the flop. btw, there is absolutely no reason to bet into 6 players with ace high on the turn.

I raise pre-flop for value and see no reason to put in any more money on the flop. AQo is the low end I'm raising in this spot pre-flop and just checking is close.
With these hands you're passing up too much pre-flop value by not raising:
AA-JJ, AKs, AQs, AJs, ATs, maybe AK
This leaves you with the problem of tabing your hand against anyone with a clue, so I throw in a few close ones every now and then. I also raising in some close spots for table image.
So, for what it's worth, I'm usually raising my BB after several limpers with:
AA-TT, AK, AQ, AJs, ATs, KQs, KJs, QJs
