Nice quads. Fold pre-flop. To play small pairs for 2 bets you need to expect there to be 10, preferably 12 sb in the pot going to the flop. Or occassionally you can profitably 3-bet to isolate a raiser, but only when you have position (CO or Button) and a relatively loose raiser.

Note that the hand was played 5-handed. Small pairs go way up in value, especially since a preflop raisor is often just on big cards (or even Ax).

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Against most opponents, I 3-bet this preflop. But I will fold against tight raisers and people that play their position well. I will also fold if my table image dictates that I have to.
Nice flop.
p.s. Don't show results. Now that we know your quads won, our analysis might be biased.

Fold preflop. 33 plays horribly Out of position against an UTG raiser. It is usually worth a call from the BB, but is an easy fold from the small blind.
You have no odds to spike a set, and at best you are a coinflip out of position and could easily be dominated.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
