So I try more blind stealing...raising more.
hand 1: SB is 25/8.4/1.61
Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (8 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
Preflop: Hero is Button with 6 , 7 .

Flop: (5 SB) T , 4 , 6 (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls.
Turn: (4.50 BB) 9 (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.
River: (6.50 BB) Q (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.
Final Pot: 8.50 BB
Hand 2: MP3 is 52/15 and not aggressive. I don't give him any credit. Do you like the flop 3 bet or not.
Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Turn: (10 BB) T (3 players)
Hero bets, MP3 calls, CO calls.
River: (13 BB) 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO checks.
Final Pot: 13 BB
Hand 3: Blind defense? CO is 27/20 and very aggressive.
Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (7 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

3 folds, CO raises, 1 fold, Hero calls, 1 fold.
Flop: (5 SB) 4 , K , J (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero raises, CO 3-bets, Hero calls.
Turn: (5.50 BB) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.
River: (7.50 BB) T (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.
Final Pot: 9.50 BB
hand 4: MP3 has about a 12% PFR, CO is new and button is 23/7/1.88
Not sure how I feel about the preflop cap call and the turn fold.
Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx
Preflop: Hero is MP2 with J , K .
2 folds, Hero raises, MP3 3-bets, CO caps, Button calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, MP3 calls.
Flop: (17.50 SB) 4 , 9 , 2 (5 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets, CO raises, Button calls, Hero calls, MP3 calls.
Turn: (12.75 BB) 6 (5 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Button raises, Hero folds, MP3 folds, CO calls.
River: (16.75 BB) 4 (3 players)
CO checks, Button bets, CO calls.
Final Pot: 18.75 BB
I think these are closer to what I need to be at. It didn't seem like I lost that much. Yes going to showdown too much. I blame blind stealing and people calling the whole way with big overpairs. :P

In the last hand, the turn fold sucks. If you think you're against AA/KK then fold pre-flop.
My guess is you're limping and completing too much. Probably some post-flop mistakes and just plain running bad thrown in.
...and for what it's worth I steal and defend more often than that.

yes, I defend more than that as well...long term stats for folding BB to steal is closer to 50%. The attempt to steal blinds has normally been in the 10-15% range.
This short term BB/100 means nothing to me..I'm more concerned about the change in other numbers that I'm going for.
last hand: to be honest I thought one of them had to have AA/KK for one of them to cap and then another to cold call the cap. But also look at the size of the pot preflop. If the button hadn't called I probably would have folded it. Then I see the flop and I've got a draw to beat the AA/KK that they probably have...so should I bet this flop, knowing that it's probably going to be 2 more back to me? On the turn the button raises out of no where and the draw just didn't seem profitable anymore considering CO may 3 bet.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
