i think my problem is i am still a little too loose. my VPIP is 32% and my PFR is about 12%. so if your advice is to fold any of these before the flop, i can't argue.
these are some of my losers from the past few hundred hands. any advice on how to play them better is appreciated.

Hand 1: Good Play, the guy caught his J to beat you, keep betting until raised back.
Hand 2: A bit Loose-Aggressive here, you are going to want to just call this if you are in any other position. Raise the flop and take the free card on the turn. You faced a very passive AA that you wouldn't normally face in the higher limits. You probably would have been forced to fold this preflop if UTG+1 actually knew how to play.
Hand 3: Only thing you could have done differently would possibly check raise the flop. Other than that, good play.
Hand 4: Fold preflop. STOP Cold calling. With the $hitty board like this, I would fold the flop too. Dont reraise the turn, and fold the river.
Hand 5: Fold Preflop. You don't want to play this hand in EP. Only call in LP or the blinds and with many people in the flop. You also had no business to call the flop either, with only 1.5 outs. Good Fold on the Turn.
Hand 6: Check the flop and call only with more players.
Hand 7: Good job until the River, fold to the 2-bet. Flush and Trips possibilty out there, You have to Lay your hand down.
Hand 8: Good play Preflop and flop, but Fold the turn when you have to call the 3-bet. Its obvious these guys got the straight, so you should fold. You might as well call the river here, the Pot is big enough, and you are getting 17-1 to make the call.
Hand 9: Loose preflop, should probably fold here. Fith the flop like this it is very dangerous. Call, don't raise, once that last Diamond goes out there fold.

You're way too LAggy and missing some routine laydowns.
1: Well played
2: Fold the flop
3: Well played
4: Fold the flop, fail that fold to the turn check/raise
5: Fold the flop
6: Fold the turn.
7: Fold the river
8: Yeah, that sucks. Well played
9: Fold the flop, fail that the turn

hand 1: well played
hand 2: against a better and a caller with 2 overs, your hand probably isn't good, chuck it on the flop
hand 3: well played
hand 4: you don't have the nuts, there's no need to be so aggressive, you won't get anyone with a lone diamond to fold
hand 5: fold the flop, your backdoor straight isn't good enough
hand 6: fold the turn
hand 7: the sudden waking up of UTG and MP2 probably means you're screwed...it would be a tough fold
hand 8: well played
hand 9: fold the turn (call this down heads up, but with MP1 calling you can be sure he has the flush)

1. Good 3-bet. You had him beat going into the flop. Sucks he hit his 6-outer on the turn, but you're lucky he didn't make you pay for it.
2. No way to I put the guy on that hand. I thought he might have limped with something like KJ or KQ. I think I woulda folded the flop, though. Not only was your preflop raise bet into, UTG+1 called the bet. He's got to have something to call there.
3. I'm much tighter in the blinds than most, and would have folded this hand here, preflop. You have worst position, and what happens if the flop comes 974 instead of 964? You'll have to call to the river unsure whether you have the best hand or not. Good play on the flop and turn, but with the scare card coming on the river I'd have check-called.
4. Good pf raise - that loose of a game it's almost certain you've got the best hand at that point. On the flop I fold. Again, with that many players seeing the flop it's doubtful an ace is not out there, and you're not going to push a loose player off it. If you do see the turn, you've got to check-call to the river. Let the ace take the lead in the hand here. I'd have check-raised you at this point as well. With the c/r you should have known you were drawing dead and given up the hand.
5. UTG+2 with 65 suited? Fold preflop. Never let yourself get caught with weak cards out of position! That's the quickest way to bleed chips off your stack. This is a button or CO hand only, for me. Why call on the flop only to fold the turn when you hit a 5? may as well go with it at that point to see if you can outdraw the ace.
6. That's a tough place to be with that hand and that flop. With the ace on board I would check-call (big pots + 9 outs twice make a call here viable) or possibly check-fold. By betting out you're only going to get called by hands that beat yours.
7. I hate AJ; my least favorite starting hand in hold'em because the only time you get action is when you're beat. Personally I almost never raise pf with it - only if I can steal the blinds or get into a heads-up situation. I would have liked the re-raise on the flop if you could have ended up heads-up against the SB. I'm guessing SB has a weak ace (AT?) and wanted to isolate other players by c/r-ing. Unfortunately it didn't work. I do think you had the best hand going to the river, but a bad card came. With the bet and raise in front of you on the river, you have to let it go. BTW, UTG, MP2, and MP3 were all getting terrible odds to call the c/r on the flop, so consider this a bad beat.
8. I like the preflop raise here with this hand. With the right flop it gives you a great overlay with so many folks in. Good raise on the flop too, with 4 others in the hand you're getting a fantastic price. Tough to call 3-bets on the turn, but with the pot so big it's worth it. I do think that by the betting patterns a str8 was made with the 6 though, so your overcards are no longer good. Good fold on the river, even with the pot that big. All the turn and river action told me that there was definitely at least 1 straight out there with about 99% certainty, so the pot odds weren't there to call.
9. I looked at the results first and I shouldn't have. After UTG called your raise, then bet out again I might give him credit for a flush. Depends on the type of player he is - does he bet only very good hands? does he bluff a lot? I'd have called down like you did. Also, you might consider folding this hand preflop, though MP+2 is probably late enough position to see a flop with such a weak hand.

hand 1: pretty good
hand 2: fold the flop, too many people in the pot with 2 overs and more to come
hand 3: with 6 players to the flop, I might have checked with the intention of raising a LP bet to protect your hand, other than that, well played
hand 4: this is a hopeless situation, check/fold to any aggression on the flop - youre vulnerable to alot of hands here
hand 5: 65s in EP? fold that preflop, without a doubt - you shouldnt have continued past the flop in this case
hand 6: betting out with bottom pair and a gutshot when the pat is laying you 9:1 doesn't seem like the best decision here - in this case, fold the turn
hand 7: i dont see this as a tough fold. fold the river - theres at least a king amongst the opponents and probably a flush
hand 8: well played, sucks when they dont pay off huh
hand 9: fold the turn

Second set of hands:
1. Check-call or check-fold the flop. By betting and allowing the EP raiser to raise you got yourself isolated when you have 2 undercards and a gutshot. This puts you in a position to lose a lot of chips.
2. Well played. Only one card in the deck can beat you and if he's got it, well, he's got it. Only thing I may have done was call on the flop in order that overcallers might come as well.
3. I'm not sure capping is the best idea here. Save the bet in case he's got the flush. Let him bet into you again if the board pairs. To be honest, I'd almost put him on 2 pair or a set, more than the flush.

1. Fold Preflop
2. I like what you did, I'm usually wary of people who three bet things, unless you have the nuts for sure.
3. Cap the turn, raise the river. You pay off Flush here.

If you cap the turn and he still bets into you, cry and call. I welcome an over-call here.

second set:
hand 1: i don't mind the loose preflop call, but you should just check call the rest of the way....you're getting odds to call for the gut shot but you still shouldn't be betting into an aggressor with an ace and king showing (what else would they raise preflop with?)
hand 2: what's your read on the guy? do they 3 bet with anything or only the nuts? i would play like you did against passive opponents, and if i was up at the time i'd probably cap the turn and river against loose aggressives.
hand 3: cap the turn, cry and call the river
