Villian has shown that he is relatively solid and able to find a fold in marginal situations. He has been fairly aggro on 3rd. I am tight/aggro and have shown down good hands.

I think it's a little spewish. Assuming he isn't on a complete steal, he will either be behind with a lot of equity (e.g., 2 overcards with a 3-flush, or 4 overcards with a gutshot), or ahead while your cards are semi-dead (particularly if he has aces), which is a very bad spot for you.

If he's solid as you say, I'd probably play cautiously and consider folding 5th depending on what you catch and what his board is showing.

I'd like this play a lot more if he had caught a blank on 4th street.

Is someone more likely to have split Aces if one or two Aces are showing on third?
