Not sure about your flop call. Don't really know about your push either since you do have a lot of outs but some of them are tainted since it isn't unlikly that he holds some kind of a set.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point

I would probably fold on the flop, you have a pretty weak hand at that point.
He probably has a set or two pair. You have 10 outs (7 hearts + 3 T) and 2 tainted outs, giving you less then 25% to complete the hand on the river, I think your turn push was very agressive and you got lucky
