Have only played a few hands at the table and never seen either of these guys before.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, K.
Hero calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, 3 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 7, K, 7 (4 players)
SB bets, BB calls, Hero raises, MP2 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (5 BB) 5 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB raises, Hero folds, SB calls.

River: (10 BB) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, BB bets, SB calls.

Final Pot: 12 BB

It seems like the turn raise almost has to be representing a very strong hand and I am likely drawing to one or no outs.

You have 2 outs vs 7x and are getting 6:1 to take it to showdown. Not by any means a routine fold.

SB has called the flop and turn bets with no draws on the board, I think I have to put him on Kx or a pocket pair at the time of my fold...90% of the time at least I'd guess he's on Kx here, which would give me 1 out vs the 7. What hand would you put BB on here that I have a decent chance of beating?

Good point. Certainly with a read you can laydown. I just see enough weird plays by bad players that I don't think this is a no-brainer laydown. I would probably fold, but the bigger context of the table and other players would drive my decision.
