How to beat low-limit 7-card Poker by Paul Kammen. Its a decent book, a lot of the book doesnt translate to the bigger buyin games. But it does have the fundamentals clearly layed out.

that was the first poker book i ever bought. it teaches a super tight strategy which i used in atlantic city to make about $300 in two weekends. i think you could make more money playing more draws with correct odds though. he barely addresses this subject at all.
another intro to stud that i think is better written is Winning 7-Card Stud: Transforming Home Poker Chumps into Casino Killers by Ashley Adams.

I believe it was considered in lower limits that your good hands get paid off. So beginners learning a tighter strategy first, can be beneficial. I am going to check out your book recommendation. Odds in stud are interesting. Your odds are generally only as accurate as your memory is.

What is this pimping 2+2 books now?
I have played a little 7cs but not often enough to give advice out on books est but I do have a good enough poker base to be able to tell "sort of" what players play games bad, so if you guys say this book will help beginners at 7cs then by good try it... I see so many people play way to many hands at 7cs, could be very profitable
