I had two suited aces and made a healthy pre-flop raise.

The flop comes K8K rainbow. No pre-flop action.

Turn's a K. A fair bit of action. I get some money in the pot.
River's a 8, for a board of K8KK8.

Two people show strength, and we end up all-in.

One guy just had the board, and the other had a K, the only thing that could beat me.

I know assuming quads is a good way to get your ass kicked in HE, but is it reasonable in Omaha?

Should I have folded the river (Or even the turn?!) rather than taking it all the way?

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
A few points

1. There is no such thing as playing the board in omaha since you are required to have two cards from the hole cards.
2. There are two hands that beat you, Quad kings and Quad 8.
3. Regarding your question of whether or not you should fold - it is very hard to answer without a complete hand history.
The main point is how many people saw the flop in this case. If we ignore the quad 8, you have 43 unkown cards, assuming 3 people other then you saw the flop there is 12/43 = 28% you are beat

Yes, You probably should have folded this. Don't assume someone doesn't have quads.
