getting raised when I have AA, did i play chicken ?

One of the biggest leaks (among other big leaks that is ) is when i have TPTK or Overpair and I get check raised on the turn, i 3bet it or sometimes cap it if its 3 bet and time and time again i get shown 2 pair or straight on the river.

The following 3 hands has the same pattern , I got reraised on all those hands. but this time i didnt reraise further. was it too timid or was it correct.

also, after 3000 hands i was looking at my position stats.

positions 2-6 are all profitable for me. BB is huge negative (-135 bb). Weirdest thing is my Button is -10bb. I must not be playing the button right or is it small sample ??

Should I have 3-bet the turn. What I have been doing mistakes is that I cap the turn on a 3-bet or 3-bet the turn on a raise and then i get shown 2 pair on my TPTK. I didnt want to take that risk again. also by the turn there were straight possiblities. also was checking the river too timid. I wanted to get to showdown and not get raised.

Hand 2:

Same as hand 1. A lot of people play K-J so it was scary for me. Usually when someone 3 bets me, and I only have TPTK, i go to the river and get shown 2 pair. should i have capped the turn ?? Same reason i didnt raise on river also, didnt want to get reraised. am i missing too much bets in my game when i do have a good hand.
