No read BamaJay yet. Figuered i'd save myself 2 bets here but what do people think.

Call it down. For no other reason than you may actually have the best hand here with no read.

Hand #1:
Unless you have a read that your opponent is super tight (ie he's a rock) and can therefore conclude he has an ace with a top kicker, you have no reason to fold to the raise. Call the turn and check/call the river. You have top pair and a moderate kicker, and in small stakes people limp with Ace-rag all the time. You'll win this situation often enough.
Hand #2:
Why the check-raise on the flop? I'd open with a bet here. No one showed aggression pre-flop, and it would be a sin to let the flop get completely checked and give people a free turn card.
At these limits people are idiots and limp with crap and don't value bet/raise premium hands. There's no real way you could have guessed the other player had pocket queens when he was merely calling you. Be happy that his passivity allowed you to see a free showdown and not be stuck in a sticky situation of being raised. If he's not going to raise with a hand like that, then he'll probably never raise period, particularly with a losing hand. Be happy that he'll pay you off all those times you have the superior hand.

#1 If I call the turn raise I'm calling the river.
An argument for folding to the turn raise in a tiny pot could be made too.
#2
Safe board for you in the BB, lead out on the flop.
