How do you play this. At first I thought my hand was best but then thought someone may have a higher set. By the river I was afraid of AJ giving someone a bigger hand. Critique me...

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9c, 9d.
UTG calls, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button raises, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: (12 SB) Ac, 9s, Ts (6 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG calls, Hero raises, CO 3-bets, Button folds, SB folds, BB caps, UTG folds, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: (12.50 BB) Jd (3 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, CO calls, BB 3-bets, Hero calls, CO caps, BB calls, Hero calls.

River: (24.50 BB) Ad (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 27.50 BB

Results in white below:
BB has Qs 8s (straight, queen high).
Hero has 9c 9d (full house, nines full of aces).
CO has As 7s (three of a kind, aces).
Outcome: Hero wins 27.50 BB.
