$8/16 game in tiny So. Cal. cardroom (5 tables). The majority of the players are very loose/bad... VERY bad. Preflop aggression is what it means- no tricks. Postflop is very straight forward and passive, so reads are very basic.

UTG's raise could mean absolutely anything- she's terrible!!!
UTG+1 plays ABC, but on the loose side.

Horrible, beginner UTG raises, all call to me OTB w/ 5c4c. I call. Blinds also come along.

FLOP (9 handed)
10,7,3 rainbow (one club). I have gutter, and BD FD.

UTG bets, UTG+1 raises, MP calls, I call OTB (Any disagreements? Can I 3bet??), BB calls, UTG calls.

TURN (5 handed - 14 bb's)

Ac (10c,7x,3x). Now giving me double gutter, and club draw.

UTG checks, UTG+1 bets, folded to me... Anyone like raise here? Too fancy multiway?

You answered your own question with your read on the game. Raising will probably just fold out hands that might pay you off on the river if you hit. Worst case scenario is that all who are left fold back to UTG+1 when confronted with calling 2 cold, and he then 3bets.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

i dont like the 3bet on the flop. i am already hoping i get there and i already know i am only going for overcalls. i dont see thinning this field as being successful or the most profitable. and, i dont want to put a lot of money in a pot i have such a small chance of winning. i have you on about 5.5 outs....and those arent even clean in this game!

i still dont raise the turn, either. i just dont see anything folding, and, frankly, i dont want them to. if there's a KXs hand in there, i lose the minimum (thats only a small benefit, but i am NOT going to drive him out anyway) and i dont want to miss out on the trash that will pay me off. if i hit, i only raise when i wont force but 1 player to face two cold.

i know you are hyperaggro, socal, but i think this is a great spot to just hide in the weeds.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

Like those who have already responded, I wouldn't raise the flop or turn. Mainly, I think you'd just drive out hands you want to hang around on the flop and turn, and don't think you have enough hand to raise (invest more money on your draw) in either spot
