Fold preflop. You're going to be HU OOP with J high against a solid TAG. Ugly.
Flop bet is automatic.
I like the turn check because it's too hard to fold to a raise if you bet, and it may induce a bluff.
Once he checks the turn (and he would never do this if he had you beat), you need to value bet this river and hope he calls light. He'll probably call with any heart and some pairs. I probably call a river raise too since it's such an easy board to bluff.
