I like the flop call, but after MP1 folds you should think about check/raising the turn. You do have an easily dominated hand, but heads up against a LAggy player I would think you'd have this hand.
The river play is right on point, I just think that aggression could have been used on the turn. Unless you had some other agenda that I don't see here. Did you place him on the flush draw?

yeah i agree with stevie, once it gets HU, slowplaying makes no sense esp vs a maniac who may 3bet you. i understand your wanting to get one more bet out of him on the river by not taking his momentum away. but look at it this way:
if you call the turn and raise the river, you get 1 bet on the turn and 2 on the river... if he fires again and if he calls your raise.
but if you raise the turn and he checks the river, you get 2 bets on the turn, 1 on the river.
either way, it's the same 3 bets. however, getting the 2 bets on the turn is more of a sure thing, because he may be on a draw and check the river when he misses. or if he does bet some poor hand like 55, he may not call your river raise. there's just more uncertainty about it here. whereas on the turn, he still has hopes to catch his miracle card so it is far more likely he will call a raise.
finally, he may catch his miracle river card and beat you if you just call. so make him pay.
those are my thoughts.

Yup, check-raise the flop, then bet out on the turn and river. No sense dickin around with that flush draw out there.
