I realize it's not a large sample, but just for starters, i wanna know if i'm doing ok:
Game level: 0.5/1
Total hands: 1657
VP$IP: 17.20
VP$SB: 39.00 (need to lower that, yes?)
Folded SB to steal: 100.00
Folded BB to steal: 50.00
Att to steal blinds: 12.90
Won $ WSF % 25.55
BB/100: 6.34
Went to SD %: 32.12
Won $ at SD %: 53.03
PF Raise %: 7.30
Are there anymore stats i should bring up?

Kind of hard to tell with only 1600 hands, but the only thing that sticks out a lot is your folding as the BB/SB.
You could also raise more preflop (especally in stealing blinds), depending on the kind of games you're in.

Agreed. When I stopped worrying about whether someone was, LOL, "trying to put a move on me" at .5/1 and I stopped overly worrying about trying to steal blinds myself I was much happier and I think probably more profitable at this level because most of the people at this level think they are insanely clever from watching Gus Hansen on the Travel Channel and they sure as hell are going to try and 'keep you honest' by calling down with bottom pair when you tried to 'steal' his blind with that crummy AQ on the button...

even at 2-4 i only blind steal with decent hands, like KT+. They just call too damn much to be in there with garbage

It depends on the game really, it's been a long time since I was at .5/1. When I play 2/4 and 3/6 at UB/Pokerroom I often steal blinds since there's so many weak-tighties who will only reraise me with a decent hand

No, blind stealing at 0.5/1 is absolutely pointless. Hell, sometimes i think capping at 0.5/1 is completely pointless as they'll play K2o into a capped flop against your AA everytime 
I raise with AKs,AKo, AA-JJ (sometimes TT,99 depending on position), AQs,AQo, AJs and sometimes AJo
Also if i'm first or second in, I'll raise ATs-A9s and if i'm first in i'll usually raise AT0-A8o
That's about it for my PFR strategy
