I'd bet the turn. The calls from your opponents on the flop could mean anything, especially since you have no reads. Someone could have an ace, but they could also have a six or four, a single heart, or quite possibly nothing at the moment.

If you're raised on the turn, then you might possibly be facing a flush. I'd call that raise and check the river and see what happens. If you're bet into by the same player, then you're probably losing, although if the pot is big enough, I may still make a crying call.

If everyone just calls the bet on the turn, just bet on the river. You may lose one bet due to a passive guy with an ace or a flush, but its worse to check and lose three bets in the instance that no one hit the ace or flush.

It's tough to say what to do if only one person calls a turn bet. Actually, I don't think I can give any advice on that that I would feel comfortable about (I'm still learning myself), although I'm inclined to bet if I have position and check if they have position on me, but call. I'm probably showing down this hand either way if I've gone this far with just one passive player. It's hard to say though without any reads.
