Looks pretty standard to me...The only difference some people may say would be to check the river but I dont see why you should. After all he never fights back anyway.

What are you doing with less than 12BB?
Superb play sir...I always call 20% of my stack off with a gutshot draw. Excuse me while I race for my wallet.

Checking the river is missing value bets here. If you try for a check-raise on the flop, you risk giving a free card on a draw heavy board. He may have called from the SB with cards that the flopped helped him on and giving a free card could allow him to draw out on you. You have to make sure he pays to catch up to you. You are almost always ahead in this situation after the flop.
