Should I bet the river here? To me it reeked of AhKh. Guess the only real scare hand is qq, and I wouldn't expect a check-raise on this river. Naive? 46, 6ten, and ten jack i've discounted based on pre-flop and lack of turn action.

I would bet this river.
Well, based on his pfr, you more than likely beating more hands that he may go to the river with than beat you.
The post flop play narrows that range a bit, but I still think the above holds true. And if he wasn't able to put in a bet or c/r by the turn, I don't think he holds anything that he can c/r the river with (that beats you at least).

Sucker bet this river because people suck at poker and you don't know enough about this guy to check this behind.

Yeah, pretty much unless he has QQ (seems unlikely unless he thinks you're a nit) you are miles ahead of him. If he has a set or If he hit a straight on the turn, he would have let you know with a check-raise.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.
