1. good
2. good
3. I find a fold here, the pot is small and I doubt the button is bluffing into 2 players. Although his line is suspect (most would raise the turn with something). Ksx is very likely.
4. Raise the turn after CO bets, there are 2 flush draws on board and 2 opponents behind us. Don't let them draw cheaply.

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

1. I bet/call river.
2. Standard
3. I need reads for this hand. I might bet river in some cases. Definite fold if river was an ace, but people don't often chase king overs (or not as often anyway). Nobody has a queen.
4. Why not raise turn? You are definitely ahead but at risk.
