Ouch. Should I have raised pre-flop. I generally think this hand is stronger with more opponents, and if I miss the flush draw it's just a weak Ace. Thoughts.???. Have a look at what he dragged in (and to the turn)

Final Pot: 13.50 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has 4c Ac (flush, ace high).
SB has 3h 2d (full house, threes full of twos).
Outcome: SB wins 13.50 BB.

Need a good read on UTG and the blinds to raise this. Generally it's a fold without a couple limpers in front or a passive table.

Against opponents that like to check/raise or get tricky, be more inclined to take your free card.
