Its not the first time he minraised me on the flop, last time I folded and he ended up shutting down to third bettor in pot.

bet the most you think he'll call with a set and pray he didn't back into QT. I play $50 PLO and usually i have to sell my straights on the river for 1/3 or 1/2 pot bet, might be different at this limit.
