Note that SB calls the original raise, then caps it when it's back to him.

personally, no. Especially with CO left to act.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

I don't like the flop bet much. Your draw is pretty weak given the action. Probably best case you're up against JJ and QQ. If someone has AK, you are only drawing to split. TT and 88 are both strong possibilities too. I might value this somewhere around 2-2.5 outs. Check, and if there is a bet and raise, you can pretty safely fold.

I overcalled in this situaion. Like a year ago. I still walk with a limp to this day because of it.
