Ok, I started out on UB playing the .1/.25 blind games over the past month and have just moved to Empire for bonus whoring etc. All I have to say is wow. UB games are soooooo much tighter than Empire. At UB it's not uncommon to have about 35% of people seeing the flop, empire it's more like 60%. Anyone else played at UB/Empire notice this too?

I guess this leads me to my next problem. I'm just seeing a lot more suck outs/bad beats now which has me questioning my game after making $40 at the .5/1 game last night to basically losing it all today. I also just moved up to the .5/1 limit too so maybe I just need to get used to it. I like to believe my game is fairly solid so I guess I just gotta keep playing my game.

40BB swings are normal. looser games just means more money and more variance.

I started at UB and found it much tighter than Empire/Party, with way fewer fish.

Hyper is right, .....bigger swings at looser games
Gone golfing ..see ya in the Fall of 2006
