Do you bet as aggressivly, and do you bet the river?

Sometimes the tables can be so loose I wonder what to do. When so many people are going to chase cards down to the river I feel like I should be any hands that can easily be outdrawn, but with so many people chasing down to the river it seems often that someone outdraws more often than not. Tighten up more or loosen up more?

Don't bet the river. Any donk that sticks around to catch his ace caught a straight. You want to bet when your bet increases your pot equity more than the price of the bet.

Don't bet the flop into a bunch of loose players. Your hand has horrible reverse implied odds, you will have to fold to aggression and will almost always be beaten by the river.

I think clarkmeister's theorem works here, if you just check/call the river then you win the least when ahead but lose the most when behind.
