Full Tilt 0.25/0.5 Hold'em (8 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)
Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 5 folds, Hero checks.
Flop: (2.40 SB) , , (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 calls.
Turn: (3.20 BB) (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 calls.
River: (5.20 BB) (2 players)
Hero ....
villian: is very aggressive, notes say he 3bets 33 multiway on the button, open raises A9o UTG+1, 3 bets TPBK after a c/r, and limps bad hands
Is the c/r a good line as I expect him to bet ATC after i check to him and were heads up? What about the turn bet? should I have slowed down..and I think as played c/c on the river is mandatory now but did i build too big a pot with such a bad hand?

I probably bet the river. If he has a queen he should have raised turn, and if he is aggro as you say he would probably have 3bet the flush draw on the flop.
If he raises it is a fold, but the third spade is a scare card for him too.

wouldnt that be spewage tho? considering he is aggro checking will induce him to bluff the 4th spade more often than he will call a bet with a 9 or busted draw.

How does the saying go: Passive opponent b/f because they don't bluff, aggressive opponent c/c because they do bluff. I c/c here.
