No read on this guy, the table has generally been pretty passive and donkish. I knew I was ahead on the turn (almost 0% chance he has AAxx here), but got greedy and just called hoping to get the rest on the river. Then the nightmare card hits.

As played can I find a fold here? I imagine there is some chance he has something like AKKx or even a total bluff here since my play doesn't really look like I have a 5 (I had been quite aggressive at this table).

Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

You can't beat anything, so you should probably fold.

I think you should've jumped at the opportunity to stack this guy on the turn.

stcok it all in on the turn, he has A5xx IMO, so hate the river if youd pumped the turn all in.

I wanted to give him another chance to bet the river, in case he wasn't holding something like A5xx. Even if that's what he holds, he only has 3 outs against my hand.

Anyways, results were I called like a donkey (I figured the push was slightly fishy) and he took it down with 9953. Sadly, he may have been donkish enough to pay off my all in on the turn even with those low trips.
