Should have folded preflop maybe? What about post-flop?

Unless you know BB rarely raises here, just toss this hand preflop. Fold the flop. You are out of position with no pair, a lousy draw, and no showdown value.

Bet the flop, bet/cap the turn, check/raise/call river
How about that for a funky line.
I see this as an overpair/AJ/66 not JJ. However, If you get capped on the turn and then either donk the river and get raised, check/raise the river and get 3bet I don't think you can put a 4th bet in b/c it becomes too likely he has JJ.

Yeah, the river was the only time I felt uncomfortable about my betting. Thanks.

With a big hand, you want to lead every street heads up. The only way you want to slow play this is by betting then calling a raise on the flop rather than 3-betting. You will miss a bet far too often to try for check-raises heads up. Against some loose 3-betters, you can cap this preflop as well.
