I think so. I have difficulty here too.
Two options, same pot size:
1)If you check-raise the turn then it is unlikely that you will be re-raised on the river as you have already shown too much strength, especially after 3-betting the flop. Maybe just call his flop re-raise? I think that you really have to raise the river cos it is unlikely they will fall into letting you cr them a second time.
2)If you check call the turn then you may be able to check raise the river, but same pot as 1) above.
oops, just thought of third option, maybe it is worth betting out on the turn, they may re-raise and are unlikely to be expecting a set - everyone loves to cr sets.... and then you may get to 3-bet. Plus the river.
So I think maybe bet the turn in this situation sometimes.

Cap the flop and bet the turn, you get 1 less SB than this line but it's guaranteed.

He put in all the bets he could on the flop. I lead the turn here every time, missing a bet on the turn would be terrible.
