Ok he is very weak passive preflop then gets very aggressive post flop. I feel he is likely playing bingo poker. In otherwords playing dang near any 2 cards then playing strong when he gets lucky.

Aggression factor is a terrible stat. Got more information on his post-flop lines?

Ok basically he bets when ever checked to. If someone bets before him he will only call with a good hand or draw. Everytime he has raised the turn he has had a set or better.

1. Bet and check/raise him a lot
2. Tend to fold if he plays back
3. Profit

As a general rule, the way you beat terrible, loose players in limit hold'em is to play a couple notches tighter than them (this doesn't mean being a rock!) and bet a lot. They will end up with a bust hand more often than not, which forces them to either start bluffing, make some absurd crying calls or give you the pot when they miss. Once they start playing back more often, you'll have to adjust, but until then you're raping them.
