Tight-assed Crypto tables. I usually stick to the micro-limits.
Hand 1: Attempted blindsteal
Cryptologic
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $1/$2
10 players
Converter
Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is Button with 7 4
7 folds, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls.
Flop: J Q 3 (4.5SB, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.
Turn: 6 (3.25BB, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero calls.
River: 3 (7.25BB, 2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.
Results:
Final pot: 9.25BB
The turn check-raise bugged me. Am I overcautious here?
Hand 2:
Cryptologic
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $1/$2
9 players
Converter
Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is UTG with K A
Hero raises, 4 folds, CO 3-bets, 3 folds, Hero calls.
Flop: J 8 2 (7.5SB, 2 players)
Hero ??
Is the c-bet worth it here? Villain is a typical Crypto 1/2 TAG and he 3-bet when I raised UTG which I found troubling. I'm thinking he's got AA, KK, QQ, JJ and I can only beat one of those hands IF I hit my draw. I don't figure him on AQ. Maybe I tie if he's got AK also. Too weak?
Hand 3: No read on villain.

5 folds, Hero raises, 2 folds, SB calls, BB folds.
Flop: A 9 6 (5SB, 2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.
Turn: K (3.5BB, 2 players)
SB bets, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: 1BB returned to SB.
Results:
Final pot: 3.5BB
Hand 4: Villain here is a LAGG.

Turn: A (5.75BB, 2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.
River: 7 (7.75BB, 2 players)
UTG bets, Hero calls.
Results:
Final pot: 9.75BB
Hand 5: Villain is a TAG eagle and over 91 hands that I have in PT (19%/11%/1.36) he's on a 18BB/100 tear.

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is Button with K K
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises, 4 folds, Hero 3-bets, 2 folds, UTG+1 re-raises, Hero calls.
Flop: Q 7 K (9.5SB, 2 players)
UTG+1 bets, Hero calls.
Turn: T (5.75BB, 2 players)
UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 folds.
Uncalled bets: 1BB returned to Hero.
Results:
Final pot: 7.75BB
Weird. With an UTG+1 cap I'm thinking AA, AK, QQ, JJ, maybe TT but none of those hands would be folding on the turn here, especially with his stats. Normally I raise the flop, but I really thought he had AA or QQ (or KQ if I was lucky and he was feeling extra loose that hand) and he'd stick around for showdown. Was my smooth call on the flop and turn raise so glaringly obvious and really stupid? I'm thinking he would have dumped to a flop raise if he had some Axs trash hand, so I got one more BB out of him.

Hand 1: Fold Pre-Flop Even though you were on the button and it was folded to you, you'll get 3 bet by a lot of players once you hit about 2/4... You need a stronger hand to steal with Ripp...
Hand 2: c/c is fine for me and unimproved on the turn c/f
Hand 3: I might have raised the flop because I see this donk with mid pair at 2/4 a lot however if you get 3 bet it's call then c/f unimproved and if he calls you can take a free card for a 2 outer...
Hand 4: Sucks, I think you might have been able to lay down the turn against some opponents, though it's not to big a leak to call down here... it depends on my reads if I fold or call down, default isn’t to bad to call down…
Hand 5: I raise the flop looks more like you have AK or AQ then a set, when i get called and raised my standard line w/o much is the same as your opponents... by raising the flop here you might get a call down with a poor hand...

Hand 1: Three-bet that turn. He's probably just got a queen. People get silly suspicious when you try to steal their blinds. He might even be on a stone bluff here.
Hand 2: Check-raise him then bet the turn. If he three bets, call and you're done if you whiff the turn. The pot is big, so it's worth taking some risks to take it down.
Hand 3: Raise the flop. If he wants to rep the ace to you, make him pay for it. If he three bets you, take one off and then get out of there on the turn. That king kills you, though. Time to get out.
Hand 4: I hate UTG limps. I can never read them. UTG-anything almost never involves a 5, though, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Set of 9s or A9s, maybe? I hate the ace there, but I'm not sure you're not ahead. I'd probably call this one down, too, but I'd feel sick about it.
Hand 5: I agree with pokerfanatic. Calling then raising looks super strong. It says "I was slowplaying you and you fell for it. Nya nya". Raising the flop is actually a weaker looking play, and gets more money in the pot. Hey, maybe he'll three-bet you, then you can raise the turn .
