Just sat down at this table, one one orbit, no reads.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A, A.
2 folds, MP1 calls, Hero raises, 2 folds, SB calls, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 8, J, 5 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP1 bets, Hero raises, SB folds, BB calls, MP1 3-bets, Hero caps, BB calls, MP1 calls.

Turn: (10 BB) T (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, MP1 raises, Hero calls, BB 3-bets, MP1 calls, Hero folds.

Good fold, Bad fold????




Pretty loose 5/10 table

Button is Laggy, pretty agressive post flop

hand 1: wow...some weird action in there. you and MP1 go crazy, and BB is just calling. on the turn, BB does a call-3bet, which probably means he hit the straight. tough fold. since i close action, i would call that last turn bet and see if i spike a set. if it's one bet back to me on the river i'll consider calling from an aggressive player.

hand 2: standard.

The call/3 bet although rare, is almost always the nuts. They were waiting for the river to raise, but with the action, thought they could get more bets on the turn. Good laydown.

The 2nd hand, although it looks like you lost, you have to call on the end. I agree with Hyper, pretty standard.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Hand 2: what are you questioning? Your lead out or calling the raise? Both of which are pretty standard here. I've seen A7 raise this thinking he now has top two pair. Tough luck against mr. gutshot.
