Ok, I've put in over 10k hands at $25PLO and I am (so far) a solid winning player (+12 buyins with first 6k breakeven). However, there are a few spots I really want to know if I am playing correctly before I move up to $50 where I figure someone might know what they are doing.
First spot (Full Ring)
In middle position we have something like :Ad: :Jh: :Th:
2 limps, we limp, 3 players behind us also limp/complete/check
Flop(6bbs)
Blinds check, UTG checks, UTG+1 bets full pot (player right before us)
What do we do here? I have a nice 12 out draw all to the nuts. UTG+1 either has a set or the nut straight.
So, do we raise or call? Do we call to induce overcalls or do we raise to get the pot heads up? I have been calling a lot here hoping players behind will call.
Second situation: The naked NFD
I've been just c/c OOP with a naked NFD and no other improving outs. However, once the turn comes I cannot call a PSB here as my hand would be face up and I'm getting zero implied odds. Is anyone here playing just the NFD fast? Are we building pots OOP with this type of hand? Im lost in these spots especially when facing aggression.

You call and get it multiway. Not sure with the naked NFD but with the 12 outs, you just hope others will call so that you'll have vast equity in a big pot.

This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

shouldn't we just fold NFD with bad relative position vs. a decent player who has a hand? I mean he would have to have a 10% bluff or c/f turn frequency to make this +EV.
I'm not even certain about the 12 out situation if you're sure he has you beat. Don't we have < 40% equity vs. a set (purposfully not looking this up)

Yea, with 12 outs we are about a 3:2 dog here.
Problem is we have little FE and we want overcallers drawing to less than nut hands because the original bettor will not pay off our obvious draws.

Hand one, if you're really sure he has a set/straight it would be better to call and see the turn (because of the kill cards and overcalls). It doesn't seem like flipping (at best) is a good decision.
I was going to run some sample hands to check equity but the calculator isn't working for me right now.
If we won't pay off the obvious draw then we need to float and represent the obvious draw more often?
Naked NFD: Are we talking HU? Multiway (at 25PL) I would call OOP because people like to chase non-nut flushes. I was thinking yesterday that I've been waaay underestimating the power of Axs at micro stakes. HU OOP I will bet the flop. If the turn misses I usually give up. Against certain villains I like to check the turn if the flush completes. I've made money off smaller flushes, and rivered straights that way.

Call because the pot is small.
