Should I have Cold-Called here?

UTG checks, UTG+1 checks.
Final Pot: 10 BB
Results in white below:
UTG has Ks 3c (two pair, aces and kings).
UTG+1 has Jc Ts (one pair, aces).
Outcome: UTG wins 10 BB.

Most Low Limit players don't raise a wide range of hands. I'm not by any means a tight raiser and AJo plays poorly against my raising range.
Against a tight raiser I would muck AQo here too.

Here's a hand where I laid down my AJ as well. I would have won the hand but thats beside the point. The fold was still correct. I was beat preflop, and on the flop.

you could call this shorthanded (depending on your read), but full ring AJo is a CLEAR fold against a raise.
